Computer Technology Corporation Oracle Announces Launch of Cloud Services for Hospitality Industry
Computer technology corporation Oracle has announced the launch of cloud services for the hospitality industry, especially hotels and casinos. Oracle, which has headquarters in Redwood City, California, United States, specializes in Enterprise Resources Planning software and offers an E-Business Suite for SMBs and enterprises. The company’s new services are intended to enable hotels and casinos to enhance their customer experience and optimize operations.

Oracle OPERA Cloud services underscore the company’s commitment to delivering cloud-based versions of its solutions. The new Oracle Hospitality Cloud Services will be coupled with Oracle’s other products and services which are already used by global operators. As the new service is offered via the cloud, and alongside Oracle’s other solutions, members of the hospitality industry can reduce their need for an independent IT infrastructure, and ultimately save costs.

“To win in the highly competitive hotel industry, hotels need to deliver personalized guest experiences, increase operational efficiency, and effectively manage distribution,” explained the Vice President of Product Strategy, Oracle Hospitality, Ray Carlin in a press release on the company’s website. “Oracle’s cloud-based solutions bring significant advantages in all these key areas, while at the same time streamlining on-premise IT management and offering enhanced application and data security built in.”
