AvidInteractive Launches IntelloDesk |

December 31, 2005 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – AvidInteractive (http://www.avidinteractive.com) has announced the launch of its IntelloDesk Pro (http://www.intellodesk.com) industry helpdesk software. The software, which has been in development for over a year and is currently in its beta release stage, utilizes PHP, MySql, and aJax technologies to offer a wide range of functionalities through a user-friendly interface.
"The project is very important to us personally," said Mark Klink - Lead Developer and Co-Founder of avidInteractive Software. "We have put a lot into this software. It stemmed from our own need for the quality product to support our own customers, but turned into a massive project.”
According to avidInteractive its software has drawn favorable comparison with some of the more established and bigger name products currently on the market. “Many of our clients are previous clients of other, well established, helpdesk systems. A lot of them have commented that they feel IntelloDesk is a huge step forward from many of the helpdesk systems they were using," added Klink. |
