AvidNewMedia Launches Dedicated Services |
 |
Pittsburgh, PA -- June 06, 2003
AvidNewMedia gets back to business with the launch of their new dedicated services.
In January, AvidNewMedia, dropped their dedicated service offering, during a major switch to a new network.
AvidNewMedia co-president, Mark Klink, stated, "We need to focus on the move, and get everything squared away with that, before we can focus on offering dedicated servers to our customers again."
Now, five months later, Klink, and co-president, Jim Romedy, feel that they are ready to offer the new dedicated servers to the public.
The launch of the new dedicated services brings new prices, that are remarkably lower than their previous dedicated offering.
Although the new dedicated servers are not located in AvidNewMedia's primary backbone NAC, AvidNewMedia has teamed up with the BurstNET datacenter, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to power the servers.
In addition to the servers, BurstNET will provide direct, toll-free, 27/7 support to all dedicated customers.
