Zen Internet, one of the UK’s leading independent Internet Service Providers (ISP), has appointed Chris Rolls as its new Voice Product Manager.
Chris brings with him over 14 years experience within the Telecommunications sector working with both residential and business Voice products and services. He joins the Product Management team at Zen bringing an increased focus on developing new voice services that will be key in Zen’s evolution from ISP into a converged services provider with a full portfolio of internet, data, voice and hosting solutions.
Immediately prior to joining Zen, Chris worked for TalkTalk Technologies as a Product Manager responsible for developing a range of SIP Trunking and Next Generation Voice products for both residential and business markets.
Chris’s other previous experience includes providing engineering and product support services to Opal Telecom, Your Communications, Marconi and Telewest.

Zen’s Voice packages, Home Talk and Business Talk offer a one-stop-shop solution for broadband and telephone. It’s free to transfer an existing telephone line to Zen for most users. Home Talk and Business Talk have a minimum one month contract. Zen’s Voice portfolio also includes SIP trunking and a range of connectivity solutions to support the delivery of these and other multi-media applications which includes QoS enabled IP VPN solutions.
Zen’s range of services include Broadband, Leased Lines, IP VPN, Domain Names, Windows and Linux Web Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Managed Hosting, Colocation, Managed Firewalls, Online Data Backup and Web design. Zen’s Voice packages currently also include its SIP trunk product. Plans are currently underway for launch of this product.
